The rates of our apartments

All prices are valid for a minimal stay of 3 days and are per day and for two persons. Specials for children are available on request. Prices shown will from 1.1.2015 attract a tourist tax of € 2,30 per person (aged 14 years and over) per day, payable on departure.
Included in the price:
using of bed linen and towels, electricity and heating costs and the parking space.
The apartments are cleaned carefully before your arrival and again after your departure.
Cancellation policy (Consumer Code, Part III, title III, par. I 206/2005):

up to 20 days before arrival: refund of the 100% of the confirmation deposit;

less than 20 to 8 days before arrival: 60% of the total price is charged;

less than 8 days before arrival, late arrivals, lower number of guests, early departures or no-show: 100% of the total price is charged.

To reserve exclusive use of the outdoor panoramic sauna, the cost is € 20 for 2 people.
On request we offer breakfast with different products of the farm for € 15.00 per person per day.
The apartments will be at your disposal from 14:00 to 21:00 on the day of arrival (after 21:00, please inform us in advance). On the day of departure we ask you to free the apartments by 09:00.
